Born in Lagos Nigeria on 1st August, 1980. Oluchi came into the limelight in 1998 after emerging winner of the first edition of the Mnet face of Africa model competition. She was only seventeen.
After her big win, the model mogul went on to be signed with DNA model management, New York City. Oluchi has graced the runway for renowned international fashion designers such as Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger, Chanel and the likes, as well as being featured in top fashion magazines such as American and Italian vogue,Harper's Bazaar among others. One of the highlights of her career was when she was featured as Victoria's secret angel and walked the runway for Victoria's secret lingerie.
In 2013, the mum of two launched Africa's version of of Tyra Banks' Top Model franchise, Africa's Next Top Model and has also launched her lingerie line, Lulu lingerie. She is married to Italian designer Luca Orlandi .
