Whoever said black is beautiful was definitely not mincing words. An example of a caramel skinned beauty is award winning actress Lupita Nyong'O

Born in Mexico city on March 1, 1983, Lupita got her start in 2008 after she starred in the short film East River. Shortly after, she returned to Kenya to star in the MTV series Shuga. The Kenyan-Mexican actress however got her big break in 2013 after she delivered a stellar performance in Steve McQueen's 12 years a slave, winning an Oscar award for best supporting actress and becoming the first Kenya and Mexican actress to win an Oscar.

Today, we are crushing on Lupita  Amondi Nyong'o.
