Today marks the end of the Lagos Social Media Week. The conference which celebrated its fifth anniversary this year, kicked off on the 27th of February at the Landmark events centre, Victoria Island, Lagos and featured various activities such as talks, masterclasses and workshops.
The 5-day event saw in attendance,
Africa’s brightest minds from various industries including technology, art, politics and entertainment.
With attendees from across Africa and around the world, SMW Lagos offers a platform for individuals from all walks of life to network and share ideas, and is open to all interested members of the public.
As its fifth summit in Nigeria draws to an end , the organisers hope that in the next five years,the summit would serve as a tool for job creation, investment facilitation, gender equality among others.
