University To Offer Jobs To First Class Graduands

The Federal University, Wukari, Taraba State, has promised to offer employment to all 16 of its first class graduands.

This was revealed by the University Vice Chancellor , proffessor Abubakar Kundiri during the maiden edition of their convoction ceremonry, held on saturday in the school. He also added that those who were willing to pick up the appointment, would similarly be trained up their 3rd level degrees.

According to the vice chancellor, this decision was to encourage other students  to work hard towards attaining such heights and also to develop quality manpower for the new institution.

While speaking at the event, the Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC), Prof. A. Abubakar, represented by the NUC Head of Public Affairs, Malam Ibrahim Yakasai commended the school saying that the NUC would continue to support the institution in its manpower development.
