The National Association of Iko Students (NAIS) Worldwide has come to a perfect actualization after some limitation and constitutional irregularities emanating from the activities of the electoral committee headed by Joseph Monday a graduate of Engineering, saw the emergence of Godwin Elijah as president, Grace Ifreke as Vice President, Bernard Adasi as Genenal Secretary, Others are Washington Dick as Deputy General Secretary. Sunday Ukan as Financial Secretary., Jacob Sunday as Director of Culture and Atting Edwin as Director of Sports
The inauguration exercise which held at Iko Civic center was attended by past leaders of the Union as well prominent sons and daughters of Obolo nation. The Local Government Chairman Hon. Ukomkpa Bernard was equally there to grace the occasion.
In his valedictory speech, the erstwhile president Comr. Eli Afia extended his profound gratitude to the grand patron of the Union and his team of administrators for high measure of solidarity support, he equally appreciated the efforts of his distinguish executive members who contributed to his success.
In his acceptance speech, the newly elected president Godwin Elijah thanked Members of the Union for the confidence reposed in him stressing that his administration would be focused on innovation.
